Data export reports
Data can be exported from BIMXtra schedules to .xls files via predefined export templates.
Export templates are configured by super users under Project > Configuration > Data Export Template.
- Revision - The revision of the generated data export. Revisions are created automatically when issued.
- Filename - The filename of the data export, automatically created as 'Building Name – Template Name'
- Date Created - The date the data export was created.
- Open - download the .xls data export.
- Select Building - The building you want to generate a data export for.
- Select Template - The template to use to generate a data export.
- Issue - Generate and issue a data export. Once complete it will be shown in the summary list and a notice will appear in your notifications panel.
